You have always been my go to provider of kayaking equipment but as of this latest transaction i am highly concerned and dissatisfied and will no longer be recommending you.
You used to have a phone number customers could use to contact you with questions regarding a product. Now it's impossible to speak to anyone. Email communications are neither rapid nor appropriate to resolve more complex queries. Requesting a phone back doesn't work.
