Service with a smile, definitely from myself and my husband. Ordered on line and then realised it was more of an emergency , I explained my situation to the man on the sales desk who put the goods out for us to collect within 30 mins, which we did. He also refunded the payment for delivery costs. The part was correct and we were able to fix it and now have a fully functioning shower...thank you for your service
