Fabulous customer service experience. I bought a shower 10 years ago and needed some spare parts. I hadn't saved my receipt and wasn't particularly optimistic that they would know what I needed. Lynn contacted me on the same day telling me exactly what I needed and also sent me a copy of my original invoice! Now that's what I call great customer care.
