I ordered a Belle PCX 1340 Compactor, Paving Pad, Wheel Kit and a Block Lifter from Equipment Logistics online on 7th July. Their website is very user friendly and stated that the delivery would come directly from Belle and take 3 days. I phoned Equipment Logistics on the following Tuesday to check what day it was likely to arrive and found them very helpful, saying they would check and call me back. Half an hour later they rang back saying it would arrive the next day (Wednesday). I asked if they had any idea when and they said they would call me in the morning early, when the courier had worked out his route. Sure enough they called shortly after 9am with a time slot. The items arrived on time and the courier was also very helpful placing the order exactly where I wanted it. It was delivered on a pallet well packaged with no damage at all. Overall the order took 4 days not including the weekend or the day of order. The service was very good, the prices were the most competative on the internet and everything ran very smoothly. What more can one ask in this day and age when this is indeed a rarity! 11/10 and many thanks to Equipment Logistics who I will use again and recommend to others.
