Really happy with the product, was the most competitive price we found after a lot of research and even our builders were impressed with the quality. The staff were also extremely helpful when I had a couple of questions. The website also contains some really detailed instructions and clear drawings which made things easier for us. The roof light is in now and looks great. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that delivery could be improved - they deliver on a named day but at any time during the day, which is a bit tricky if you have booked contractors to come and take delivery and fit it (it's very heavy so you need a team of people there) as they can end up hanging around waiting for it to arrive any time between 9-5. Also the roof light arrived with absolutely no packaging, not even on the corners, which is a bit disconcerting given that it's expensive glass that you don't want to break. Finally the website states that next day delivery is possible but when I rang up this was apparently incorrect (I think for certain areas although not too sure why, we are in London). All in all, however, we are happy and would definitely order again. Thanks.
