A mixed bag really. Ordered 2 windows that were delivered without any issues. However, I had mistakenly ordered the wrong sized windows and had to return those ordered and re-order a second pair. £150 charged for return! Delivery of second pair of windows delayed as first pair were being organised to be picked up at same time. On delivery of second pair driver not aware that he was picking up a return pair also but managed to get this sorted on sight at the time and for him to take return. Did not get refund for original windows without having to chase up EOS and also was double charged return fee postage, which again I had to chase up to get this sorted. In all communications with EOS staff I found them very pleasant and responsive but seems there are some missing links in their administration procedures that would improve their service. Windows seem robust and easy to install.
