I have had an EO Mini Pro 2 charger for almost 9 months and it has worked fine until now. However, a week ago it started flashing 3 red lights. I contacted EO customer support and they said that the unit was faulty and needed to be sent back to them for repair. They would contact the installer and arrange for this to be progressed. However since then, silence! Despite chasing by email and on the phone I have heard nothing further about progress/timescales. Rang again this morning and it seems that they have a large number of cases with 3 flashing red lights at the moment - some generic fault with their chargers? Not much good really when I rely on the charger to be able to run my EV. Disappointing service.
