Installation was booked but then cancelled as installer hadn’t been provided with the charger. Didn’t really like the contract as all the onus is on the customer: EO expect the customer to fill out a complicated questionnaire about the install. If they get anything wrong, then EO will charge at high rates for extra work. It all worked out okay in the end, but it could have been made less stressful!
