Charger installation has been delayed as a result of Covid and several other problems, not really down to EO. Installation took place on Thursday 3rd December. Unfortunately the new unit does not connect readily to our iPhones. Installer advised us to call EO which we did at around 12pm on the 3rd. To date no-one has called back to help us get the home charger up and running. Maybe next week!!
