Had a damp issue in an older property once people were in situ. Did some research and decided to move on past all the "damp solutions" on offer involving tanking, plastering, drains and sealants as obviously it only occurred when the property was occupied. Contacted Envirovent and had a great guy called Richard Evans come in to do a survey and confirm my research and offer up some practical solutions. Fast forward 6 months after installation and no issues with damp, it's generally all about air flow, which I now have in unnoticeable abundance. Can't recommend the company enough, good advice, good installation at a 5th of the price offered by the Damp industry (which wouldn't have worked anyway)
