I’m really pleased that I bought my gas fire from Envio-Flame. One year on the after sales service is excellent. In the annual service there was a crack in the coal bed which was promptly replaced without any charge. Envio-Flame is staffed with pleasant helpful people. Special thanks to Jordan, Mandy, Melissa, Amber and others. Very highly recommend this company.
