The service from the team at the office was super helpful but also special thanks to Brian and the team of guys that came to my flat. There were some complications with my fireplace / chimney given some ongoing renovations. They went out of their way to make sure that the issues were resolved. His team that cleaned the chimney were professional and made sure the area was left clean
