I first met Jordan when he first installed my Gazco Convector Fire and I was very impressed with his product knowledge, the installation, his explanation to my questions and instructions how to achieve the best heat results from the fire. Most recently it was time to 'Service' the fire and I had no hesitation in requesting Enviro Flame if Engineer Jordan was available for this job. Which was completed on time ready for the colder days to come.
