1) Goods as advertised.
2) Speedy delivery.
3) There were some small defects on the item so I left a message on their customer service. Had a reply the following morning and two days later had part of the order refunded and money in my account. Excellent customer service from Abbie.
This is a completely different experience from a competitor of theirs where I returned this item, received totally indifferent customer service and had to wait several weeks to get my money back.
