A great company to deal with. We mistakenly sent our delivery to the wrong school in our group and as it was too large for us to re-deliver ourselves, we had to organise a re-delivery. Abbie sorted this with exceptional communication throughout, even apologising for the cost of the re-delivery – it is rare to find this level of service We recently purchased from a competitor where we had a different problem which took ages to sort, and would have dragged on even longer if I hadn’t driven them to find and sort out a solution. Dealing with Empire has been a very different experience and it has encouraged me to recommend them as a regular supplier to our Catering manager. Abbie is a star!
