Having mistakenly assumed the product was incomplete the grub screws had been inserted in the brackets and were not evidently visible.
EMMA dealt with the problem and on checking the prep table prior to repacking for return we located the ‘missing’ screws.
I have reported my original ‘review’ and can only apologise.
