I'm still waiting for a exchange of a small shirt I bought. A replacement was supposed to be sent and even I have a confirmation from DHL that they received it, they refuse to send me bigger size and my money is not refunded either.
No customer service, no email answers, chats are useless... they keep saying "we will send you the shirt tomorrow or the next day" and nothing happens.
