This review is based purely on bad customer service. I have received the email to review a product that
1. I haven’t even received as yet
2. I won’t be receiving it as it has sold through and I am supposedly receiving an alternative, but as yet no one can confirm what that is!
Still waiting on response from the customer service team who advised I would have an update ASAP over 24 hours ago.
