I placed my order on 3rd January, it is yet to arrive, today being 23rd January. I have had to chase to make sure it hadn’t been forgotten and received a generic email to say how busy you are, COVID being an issue etc. I then received a further email to say that you had oversold and would be sending me an alternative instead. As said at the beginning this still hasn’t arrived. I would love to give a glowing review as the one Emma Hardie item I have tried was wonderful, but the customer experience hasn’t been great so far.
