Made an emergency call out at 12.25pm today. Its 3.45pm still waiting. Phoned twice for a follow up Anthony picked up to call back and update. No call backs teceived. Phoned after another hour, Sam took the call to say please hold on Ill check and hung up!! In this freezing temperature waiting with my elderly mother. You decide if you want to go ahead with this humiliation?!!!
