i am not happy as my cover stated a call out up to one hour assistance and overnight stays if cannot be fixed , firstly i had no hours roadside assistance as it was day time still nothing but a recovery to a garage which costing over £332 the first time the second in a different location on the outskirts of Carlisle even though we had medical emergencies no one even answered the service on emergency at 2. 30 am
