not impressed ! I rang you yesterday to start breakdown cover for 3 cars and was told my policy and receipt of purchase would be sent to me immediately. As yet - almost 24 hours later - I am still waiting !!
I shall now ring you to complain about this , if I am not satisfied with the outcome I shall ask for my money back.
