The only reason 1* has been awarded is there is no opportunity to allocate 0. This company previously known as Hermes are a complete waste of time. Elvi give couriers a bad name. Parcel apparently was delivered and returned to depot on Monday. Very odd when I was in all day. Emailed to confirm delivery rescheduled for 12th Sept. Well apparently not. They claim to have redelivered yesterday and placed the parcel behind the car. No parcel available. Was it ever delivered? Did I go to work and the parcel was exposed in the drive all day for someone to help themselves? Unsure at this point. I then receive a test today asking me to reschedule my delivery as the parcel was taken back to the depot. Very unreliable, untrustworthy company who are an absolute disgrace to the sector. They should be held accountable by the businesses using them for dispatch!
