Daniel and Jasmine were very helpful and responsive for the most part and the transaction ran very smoothly until the point that contract exchange was ready to take place. They both became impossible to get hold of at the most important part of the deal. It took multiple emails and phone calls to get a response on urgent issues and I had other parties complaining to me about Daniel’s lack of communication.
