Polite and helpful staff.
I booked my two tyres via Elite website, and for the second time they weren't there on the date. So had to go back the next afternoon, which was a pain as one of my tyres had a hole in and was going down fast! It was explained that they can't see this on the system, perhaps an adjustment on this is needed. The service I received though was very good, will return.
