The online booking was easy, and MoT was performed at the price quoted and within the booked time slot in the middle of the day. It is good that we can now pay by card in this bit of the garage rather than the old system where previously we had to go to the filling staion shop. The staff could do with thinking on the possibility of signage to the parking further back, keeping the forecourt clearer, rather than assuming a customer would know of it, and in how they greet people - the look I got and grumpy attitude at book in did not incline me to feel my custom was in any way welcome. Things were slightly better at pick up, but still the idea that that they might be civil to someone handing over money seemed alien.
