My car was sent in for a Gold Service and some additional items.
After the Service most of the additional items had not been commenced and as i drove along the highway a few hours later my rear wheel fell off as the nuts had not been affixed
Elite finally collected the car fRom Bicester and took several days to return it to me. There was no apology and no credit for the work not previously paid for, I had to pay a considerable amount of money to Get Myself back to Bournemouth, The garage offered no compensation.
There were several expensive recommendations after the service for work That should be done I have since had my care checked by both RAC and AA and Both said such work is Unnecessary , There was a problem with the cooling system, Elite wanted about 800 pounds to Fix it saying it needed a new radiator. It was a problem with a pump and cost 185 pounds to replace .
I have now passed all the paperwork to my lawyer for further action and recovery of my costs caused By elites failure to carry out the work correctly
