I did not have a good experience with Elite. I had my brake pads booked in at 8:30 and an MOT at 12:30. I had not heard anything so called at 13:30 and was advised my car failed on brake pads which were meant to have already been done. I wasn’t able to pick my car up until 4pm - it took over two hours for brake pads to be done. My partner lost half a days work due to taking the morning off and not expecting it to take this long. Had my brake pads been fitted at the time they were booked I would have been able to pick up my car much earlier.
