I originally enquired about trade in against a new pair of speaker and, after a short exchange of emails, I took delivery of a pair of Classic 5s on approval which Elite suggested would work well with my upgraded 1990s vintage Cyrus 2. Excellent advice as it turns out - I bought them. Service was excellent and there was always a rapid response to emails so top marks to Elite Audio.
