I have bought a number of hi fi items from Elite in the past couple of years, and the service is always excellent. Elite takes the time to understand what I'm trying to achieve either with my system as a whole, or a specific component, and provides clear, unbiased and very well-informed advice on what my options are. The logistical side of things is dealt with very well too, in terms of shipping new equipment to me, and collecting anything which I might be part-exchanging. One important thing which is worth mentioning is the excellent after sales service: a new pair of speakers turned out to be faulty (a manufacturer error, and nothing to do with Elite), and Elite quickly worked with the manufacturer to have the speakers replaced with new ones (which were perfectly fine). All in all Elite is the first place I think of when deciding to make a change to my audio system: I'm a very happy customer.
