Fantastic service and product. I was faced with having to spend £500+ on a new cooker. A neighbour, who is a qualified electrical engineer, suggested he test the elements. The main, fan oven element was broken. He suggested I do a little research hence I found EML. Paid £21 all in and it arrived within 48 hrs. So easy to remove old and replace new. 20 minutes from start to finish. I made absolutely sure the cooker was completely disconnected from the power supply first. What a major saving (I'm a pensioner). Added to this, I recycled instead of dumping a perfectly good cooker with a minor fault. I cannot praise this company enough. Excellent service,product and price. I shall be recommending ERL to as many people as I can.
