Although the new oven element arrived quite quickly, this is the third one I've had in the past 5 years. ie the previous replacement lasted only 14 months, and the one before that under three years. At this rate, this new one might only last a couple of months. Not the company's fault, but as usual with everything these days, cheap, also often means nasty. I'd be happier to pay twice the price, if it lasted 3 times longer. But even the branded ones, are probably made in the same Chinese factory alongside the cheap ones, so there's no guarantees.
