The website is very easy to navigate, I made an order around 2 weeks ago which arrived within a few days, so very happy with the service in general as there are a variety of similar stores out there, and ET looked like the best out of the lot. As a beginner, I can’t comment on the range of products because I only ordered a basic vape starter kit, but I’m more than satisfied with the service
