I have over 40 quids worth of products I need to return. I was emailed that it was appropriate to do this and to fill in a returns form. The returns form page fails to open.
I have tried many times. My 30day opening in which to do this is running out.
This process is not straight forward at all. So beware.
I have still been unable to get my money refunded.
