Placed an order for the iQos unit and 2 packets sheets, received just the unit. When emailed support was told they were sending out the missing packets of tobacco sticks, still nothing. Great product though, the charge doesn’t last long and have to plug in throughout the day. Wish they’ve improved the charger battery life
