I have been a customer of electric tobacconist for a few years after i stopped smoking for real after a heart attack. It is better for your health and you still get the buss you are used to when smoking i do think the service is next to none and the service department is spot on if you have a problem. One other thing i think the company should think about is as well as the discount you give is a point system to give with the orders from regular customers some sort of points. For what they purchase from you i think it would be something to make customers come back to EBon a regular basis.
