Really upset have ordered twice before and was amazed how easy it is to order and quick delivery. Unfortunately this is my 3rd order over a week ago received the dispatched email the next day, but a week later I have still not received my refills. I am disappointed as it is so difficult to get in touch with these people. No phone number and no email address to write to. Had to enquire through a ticketing service last night and again tonight but still had no response. How would you claim a refund if you can’t speak or email anybody. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER AT THE MOMENT.
