Ordered a set of new coils. Order received and dispatched on Monday 8th, it is now Friday and I have heard nothing and am unable to connect with the helpline which asks me to ‘submit a ticket’ but seems to be in a process of repeatedly loading. I can find no other way of contacting the company.
- Order arrived. Electric tobacconist very helpful ( after contacting me through this review)and will use them again. Delay due to bad weather.
