Just received the item. It's faulty. Ci ta yes Ninja and told to send back to retailer. I will do so tomorrow. Not the best first experience. Have subsequently spoken with them directly. They were curious enough to call me directly. Very helpful and to be fair, it was a faulty product from the manufacturer, as they had verified, so wasn't the retailers fault in anyway. Refund was quick and hassle free. Customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to buy a product from them again.
