I ordered a Ninja air fryer with electric shop. I had an email from the group to inform me that the fryer would be delayed by two weeks. Two weeks went by and I had a further communication to say that the item I had ordered and purchased would not be available until mid December. This was a disappointment as it was a present for my wife for her birthday. However....... I was impressed that the group offered us a model that was an improvement on our original purchase at no extra cost. The communication was good with the store and , true to their word, the pressure cooker arrived within 72 hours. The service was good and I feel the store went the extra mile with their customer service. I am impressed, I would certainly shop again and would recommend.
