Brilliant service from Electric Golf Trolley Spares. The Axle broke on my Motocaddy S5Connect at the 11th hole of my local course on a Friday morning. I phoned EGTS on Friday early afternoon and they had in stock a replacement Axle/Gearbox unit, which I purchased and arranged standard delivery. The unit arrived early the following morning, Saturday, so I was able to rebuild the trolley and use it later that afternoon. Excellent.
One minor negative, when I got my mobile phone bill the following month I discovered the phone call to EGTS had cost me £4 or £5.
