2 / 3 days delivery turned into 2 weeks, had to email them to find out when delivery would be their reply was they were waiting for stock to arrive when they were delivered in two plastic boxes there was no information on them. put them in the doorbell to charge and nothing happened! checked they were correctly still not charging. so accepted a faulty doorbell, then found a small sticky cap on the base of the new batteries which I removed replaced them in the doorbell and now charging. To me this should be pointed out when the batteries are packaged, that the sticky base should be removed
