Fell in love with a focal point fire place. It’s looks fantastic under our tv in the living room. Purchased using the Klarna payment plan to split the cost over 3 months. Very disappointed to see the fireplace had been reduced in price the very next day. I spoke to a member of the cs team who apologised and explained that prices fluctuate. The fire place was dispatched the next day and received two days later. A great speedy delivery service! We were so excited to get the item out of its box only to find it faulty. We reported the problem straight away/sent pictures. Electrical world were happy to help and offered a replacement/refund. All is good and have a cosy living room now.
