Cage arrived in damaged packaging and was very flimsy, the ramp was broken and the quality poor, however upon email the company they were great at resolving the issue and giving a full refund. Outstanding company communication and they were very apologetic about the condition of the hutch as they stock from different manufacturers, would not recommend this hutch but would recommend the company as a whole (just make sure you choose a different hutch manufacturer!).
