The company themselves seem great, fabulous shipping times and good quality products. My concern with the rabbit hutch I ordered is that there is no fully boxed off area - the upstairs has a wire side which leaves my bun quite exposed to the weather. I've had to add some extra wood to keep him warm and sheltered
