My order was dealt with efficiently and arrived on time. The instructions to put the coop together need to be better, it was unclear which run pieces were which. Fortunately, it was not a weekend (see a previous review) and Eggshell were more than happy to help when I rang.
3 ex bats have happily moved in and are laying well, so overall well happy with my coop purchase.
