Only giving a 1 because 0 isn't an option. Please avoid these people and go elsewhere - their flowers were not repreasentative of their advert and their customer service is simply deplorable. 93% poor rating is all the indication needed to go elsewhere - just plain awful - I'll be taking my issues to the relevant regulatory body.
