I ordered Valentines flowers on the 10th February for delivery on the 14th (obviously) and they have still not arrived (today is the 17th) when I complained on the 15th they said it stated on their website that it was Royal Mail first class and therefore could take 2 days - they didnt both replying to my response reminding them it had been 5 days (3 working days) and I still haven't heard anything. It is bad enough that they weren't delivered but the way they handle complaints is awful.
