I placed an order for flowers on behalf of my son so he could give these on Mothers Day. I paid for delivery on Sunday. Minutes after placing my order online, I noticed a spelling mistake on the message my son wanted to include. I contacted this company immediately asking for the message to be amended only to receive a rude and unhelpful email from Sophie telling me that it was too late to amend the order!! I then received another email telling me my order was to be delivered on Saturday, not Sunday. I contact this company again asking for the delivery to be changed or cancelled as a Saturday delivery was not acceptable. This time, I received another rude and unprofessional email from Amy telling me I could not cancel the order. Stay away from this company as they offer the worst customer service I have ever come across online.
