Awful company to deal with. The flowers delivered and are no better than a £10 bunch from a supermarket. Failed to deliver the chocolates on the order. Customer service offered a patronising £2 refund for the inconvenience caused. No acknowledgement of the extra costs to replace the box of chocolates. Chose not to accept the £2 due to the offence caused. Poor customer service, poor quality and expensive flowers and failed to deliver all of the order. Please avoid this business and go to your local florist instead.
